Terms of Use

These terms cover this website. Use of the OSO Audit software is governed by a separate written licence agreement — this page is not that agreement and does not grant any right to use the software.

Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by AuditLens Inc., a Delaware corporation trading as OSO Audit (registered office: 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713; mailing address: 500 Paterson Plank Rd #35807, Union City, NJ 07087, USA). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. The site is information, not advice

Everything here is general information about our software. Nothing on this site is professional, accounting, auditing, legal or regulatory advice, and nothing here should be relied on in forming an audit opinion, satisfying a professional standard, or discharging any duty you owe to a client or regulator. Responsibility for professional judgment remains entirely yours.

Descriptions of standards and regulatory requirements are summaries for orientation. The authoritative text is the standard itself, published by the relevant standard setter.

3. Forward-looking statements

Where we describe capability as planned, designed or not yet shipped, that is a statement of current intention and not a commitment to deliver by any date. We label those distinctions deliberately; please read them as written.

4. Our content

The text, design, diagrams and code of this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may read, quote reasonably with attribution, and share links. You may not republish substantial portions as your own, or use the content to imply endorsement or a business relationship that does not exist.

Third-party standards material referenced on this site remains the property of the relevant standard setter, and is referenced rather than reproduced.

5. Our marks

The OSO Audit name, the AuditLens name and our logo identify our company and products. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them, and they may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any related system, interfere with its operation, or use it in breach of applicable law. You may not copy, scrape, decompile or reverse engineer the site or the interactive demo, or use either to build a competing product.

6a. The demo and our insights

The interactive demo uses a made-up company and made-up figures to show how OSO works. Our insights articles are built from public information that companies and governments published, each linked to its source; they are our reading of that information, not advice, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies we write about.

6b. Pricing and refunds

We don't sell anything through this website. Pricing, payment terms and any refunds are set out in the signed agreement with each client.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent liability is not excluded above, our total aggregate liability arising from use of this website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Liability relating to the software itself is addressed in the licence agreement, which prevails for that subject matter.

9. Links out

We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do.

12. The software is licensed separately. Access to and use of the OSO Audit platform — including any pilot or evaluation — is governed by a signed licence agreement and, where personal data is involved, a data processing agreement. Those documents prevail over this page for anything relating to the software.
