OSO Audit

Internal audit

We watch your whole business every night. You make every call.

Your business changes every day, so your audit should too. OSO checks everything, every night, against your own rules. You get a short list of what matters.

A minute and a half. Sound on.

We put it to the test at Walmart* scale.

We built a company from scratch, at real scale, and ran two months of it through OSO, with the data arriving the messy way it really does. Then we buried 44,347 problems in it: duplicate payments, missed deadlines, changes nobody signed off on. OSO found every one, and told us which rule each one broke.

On a 100-store region, the nightly check took under a minute. And the team it needed? Eight people, where keeping up with the alerts by hand would have taken 49.

*A made-up company built to the publicly reported scale of a Walmart US region; every name and number was invented. OSO isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Walmart Inc., and no Walmart data was used. Two test months, two regions; not every check was in scope.

Can't ChatGPT just do this?

No. A chatbot only sees what you paste into it, it can't check every record every night, and it can't show you what it read. We use AI too, for the wording. Never for the numbers, and never for the calls.

Read why OSO is different

What it does for you

A plan that keeps up with you

When something starts slipping in one part of the business, OSO suggests a review for the right quarter and shows you why. You say yes or no. Nothing gets added behind your back.

Fixes that actually stick

When someone tells you a problem is fixed, OSO keeps an eye on it. It's only marked fixed once the data shows it held. If it comes back, you'll know.

Your AI gets audited too

If your finance team runs AI agents, OSO keeps a list of them, asks for a second person before anyone changes what they can do, and tells you when one starts acting differently.

The pattern, not just the problem

Note why each issue happened and OSO shows you when the same cause keeps coming back, in the same place. That's the conversation your audit committee actually wants to have.

Plus the everyday stuff: one list of what the business has been asked for, a full history on every finding, and records your quality reviewer will thank you for.

We do the sorting. You make the calls.

This is the real product, on a made-up company. Here's what you're looking at.

1

Checked overnight

The whole business, while you sleep. This is what's waiting for you in the morning.

2

Every flag explains itself

The rule it broke and the numbers behind it, in plain words.

3

Fixed means fixed

Nothing's marked fixed on someone's say-so. Only when the data shows it held.

When your risk moves, your plan moves with it

Here's what that looks like day to day. (An example, with made-up numbers.)

Payables, last 6 months

Problems jumped from 5 to 25

OSO suggests

and shows you exactly what changed.

Nothing joins the plan until a person says yes.

We don't just watch your books. We watch the world around them.

Rules change, suppliers get sanctioned, storms close roads, regulators publish new standards. Most teams find out from the news, weeks late. OSO reads those sources as they publish, matches every change to your own suppliers, spend, stock and sites, and tells you which ones actually touch you, by how much, and what you could do about it.

Matched to your numbers, not the headlines

A new safety standard lands. OSO doesn't send you the article. It shows you the products and suppliers it touches in your own data, what they're worth to you, and which sites carry them.

A brief your board can act on

Each change becomes a short brief with options built on your own figures, and every figure shows where it came from. Your head of audit signs it. Management decides. Nothing is a guess.

Coming next: your market, read every week

Your competitors' prices, promotions and new stores, read from public sources and joined to your own numbers, store by store and region by region. Here's a taste, built only from what the chains published: Thanksgiving for 10: who's cheapest, by their own numbers.

Built for your industry, not just your ledger

Every business has its own problems. A hospital worries about claims with no visit behind them. A builder worries about paying a subcontractor before the paperwork's in. OSO knows the difference.

And the basics every company has: the close, payroll, payments, access, suppliers, cyber and fraud.

Your data stays yours

We only read

Your files can stay in your own storage. We read them. We never change them.

We keep only what we need

Card numbers, account numbers and patient details are masked the moment they arrive.

Internal and external audit stay apart

Your internal audit team can't see the external audit files. Not hidden: blocked.

Works with exports from any system today. Direct connections to your ERP get switched on once we've tested them with you.

Sleep on it. We won't.

Pick one process, any one, and we'll run it through OSO on your own data. Then you can see for yourself what turns up.
